  • Flodesk — email engagement data (opens, clicks) when you receive marketing emails

  • Payment processors — transaction information through Square, PayPal, Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, Relay, and Republic Bank when you make a payment

Transactional emails related to active service engagements are not subject to marketing opt-out.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@futureworkforcesystems.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal, financial, or contractual reasons even after you request deletion.

7.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit Do Not Track signals. Our Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We will update this Policy if our practices change.

7.4 California Residents

  • Payment and financial records — retained for 7 years as required by law

  • Website analytics data — retained per the data retention settings of the applicable platform (Wix, Google Analytics)

  • Quiz and assessment responses — retained for 2 years unless you request earlier deletion

13. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

FWS uses artificial intelligence tools in the delivery of some services and internal operations, which may involve the processing of personal information. Current AI tools in use include:

  • Zoom AI Notetaker — may transcribe video sessions. Participants will be notified before any session where AI transcription is active and will have the opportunity to opt out.

  • Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) — used for content development and research. FWS does not input client personal information into generative AI tools without explicit consent.

As an AI governance consultancy, FWS is committed to responsible AI use. We apply our own Ethical AI Lens to our internal AI practices and will update this section as our AI tool usage evolves.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

FWS reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Website.
