We at Future Workforce Systems are committed to making our site futureworkforcesystems.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are currently working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and actively improving accessibility as we redesign and build out the Website.

 

What Web Accessibility Is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. What We Have Done

  • Implemented Wix’s built-in accessibility features, including keyboard navigation support and ARIA landmark roles

  • Used color combinations throughout the site designed to meet or approach WCAG contrast ratio requirements

  • Structured page content using proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) to support screen reader navigation

  • Included descriptive link text where possible to provide context for screen reader users

  • Enabled the Wix Accessibility Widget, which allows users to adjust text size, contrast, and other display settings directly on the site

 

What We Are Working On

  • Adding descriptive alt text to all images across the Website

  • Reviewing and improving form field labels and error messages for screen reader compatibility

  • Ensuring all downloadable documents (PDFs, Word files) meet accessibility standards

  • Reviewing embedded third-party tools — including quizzes, scheduling widgets, and forms — for accessibility compliance

  • Adding captions to any video content published on the Website

  • Conducting a formal accessibility audit once the Website redesign is complete

 

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to address them:

  • Some images may not yet have descriptive alt text — we are adding alt text as pages are built and updated

  • Some third-party embedded tools — including quiz platforms, scheduling tools, and payment processors — are managed by external providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are reviewing alternatives and working with providers where possible.

  • Some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible. If you need an accessible version of any document, please contact us and we will provide it in an alternative format.

  • Video content, where present, may not yet have captions. We are adding captions as content is created or updated.

 

Declaration of Partial Compliance Due to Third-Party Content

The accessibility of certain pages on the Website depends on content and tools that do not belong to Future Workforce Systems and are instead provided by third-party platforms. The following third-party tools are embedded on this site and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards:

  • TidyCal — used for appointment scheduling

  • Interact Quiz Platform — used for AI Readiness and collaboration quizzes

  • Zoom — used for virtual sessions and meetings

  • Payment processors (Square, PayPal, Stripe) — used for service payments

  • SendFox-email Platform

We declare partial compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard for pages containing these third-party tools. We are working with these providers to improve accessibility where possible, and we provide alternative access methods for any user who experiences barriers.
