Does Your Organization
Have the Right Seats
at the AI Governance Table?
Most organizations are making AI decisions without the right people in the room
— not because they don't care about governance, but because nobody has built the table. This free 60-minute webinar changes that.
✓NIST AI RMF 1.0 Aligned ✓ISO/IEC 42001 Compatible
✓Live Q&A with Fractional CAIO ✓Free Charter Guide Included
✓Built for Organizations of Every Size — 50 to 50,000 Employees
✓ Includes the Insurance Question Every Executive Must Ask
✓No Chief AI Officer? No Problem — This Is Where You Start
⚠️ "Are we covered if our AI causes harm?"
— The question most executives aren't asking at insurance renewal. We'll answer it on May 18th.
The Problem
AI Governance Isn't a
Technology Problem.
It's a Leadership Problem.
Right now your organization is using AI in ways that carry real legal, financial, and reputational risk — and the people who own those risks may not even know which tools are in use.
That's not negligence. It's the gap between how fast AI is moving and how slowly governance infrastructure gets built. This webinar closes that gap.
THE OWNERSHIP GAP
When AI causes harm — bias in a hiring decision, a breach from an unapproved tool, a vendor contract with no AI clause — nobody knows who's accountable. Because nobody was ever assigned.
THE SHADOW AI PROBLEM
Your employees are using AI tools IT never approved — browser extensions, notetakers, recruiting apps. They're processing your data under terms nobody read. That's not a future risk. It's today's liability.
THE INSURANCE GAP
Most organizations assume they're covered for AI incidents. Most aren't. Carriers are now requesting governance documentation before extending coverage — and finding out at claim time is too late.
What You'll Learn
Walk Away With a
Framework, Not Just Ideas
✓ THE 8 GOVERNANCE SEATS
Which roles belong at the AI Governance table — and who fills them in organizations of every size, from 50 to 50,000 employees.
✓ WHY COMMITTEES FAIL IN YEAR ONE
The three structural gaps that turn governance into theater — and how to build a committee that actually makes decisions.
✓ THE SHADOW AI AUDIT
How to identify what AI is already inside your organization — including the tools your vendors brought in through contracts nobody reviewed.
✓ THE INSURANCE QUESTION
The one question to ask your carrier before your next renewal — and what the answer tells you about your current governance gap.
✓ YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
A clear action plan for standing up a governance committee — without a full-time Chief AI Officer and without starting from scratch.
✓ THE SCALE / PAUSE / STOP FRAMEWORK
A simple decision tool every committee needs — so AI tools get evaluated, not just accumulated.
The Framework
Every AI Decision
Has a Seat at the Table.

Who This Is For
Built for the Leaders
Who Own the Risk
Whether They Know It or Not
CEO / President / Executive Director
You can't delegate AI risk you don't understand. This webinar gives you the accountability framework your organization needs before the board asks for it.
CHRO / HR Director / People Ops
Every AI decision is a workforce decision. If HR isn't at the governance table, workforce impact decisions are being made by people who don't own the consequences.
Legal / Risk / Compliance Leaders
In litigation, the absence of a governance policy is itself a policy. This webinar shows you what documentation your organization needs before an incident forces the conversation.
CFO / Controller / Finance Lead
You can't measure ROI on a tool you can't track. Ungoverned AI spend isn't just a risk management problem — it's a financial visibility problem.
CTO / CISO / IT Director
Your tech stack has AI you didn't approve. Security and infrastructure can't govern what they can't see. This webinar gives you the vetting framework you need.
Operations / Procurement / CDO
You didn't buy an AI tool. It came with the subscription. Every vendor contract your organization has signed may contain AI clauses that nobody has reviewed.
This webinar is not for you if: Your organization already has a fully operational AI Governance Committee with a signed charter, a completed RACI matrix, a KPI dashboard, and a quarterly board reporting structure in place. Everyone else — this is exactly where to start.
The Question Nobody Is Asking
Before Your Next Renewal,
You Need to Ask
This Question.

Are we covered if
our AI causes harm?
Most businesses won't find out the answer until a claim is denied. The NAIC AI Model Bulletin — adopted across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and still evolving through 2026 — reflects growing insurer expectations around AI governance documentation and oversight.
Carriers may request evidence of governance programs when evaluating AI-related exposure, coverage terms, and claims issues.
Organizations without documentation may face increased coverage disputes, premium adjustments, or coverage gaps they won't discover until it's too late. This webinar gives you the governance framework that changes that conversation.

Common Questions
What People
Ask Before
They Register
01
What is an AI Governance Committee?
An AI Governance Committee is a cross-functional leadership body responsible for overseeing the responsible deployment and monitoring of AI across your organization. It has formal authority to approve or reject AI tools, establish policies, manage risk, and escalate material concerns to the board. Optimal size is 5–9 members representing all major organizational functions.
03
What is a Fractional Chief AI Officer?
A Fractional CAIO provides the strategic AI governance leadership of a full-time Chief AI Officer on a part-time or project basis. They build the governance committee, establish frameworks, facilitate meetings, and manage the AI governance lifecycle — without the full-time cost. Most organizations need this function before they're ready to hire a permanent CAIO.
05
Will the recording be available?
Yes — registrants that attend the session will receive the full recording and all resources by email within 24 hours of the live session.
02
Does my organization need one if we're small?
If your organization uses AI in any consequential decision — hiring, customer interactions, vendor tools, financial decisions — you have AI governance exposure regardless of size. This webinar specifically addresses organizations from 50 to 5,000+ employees and maps every governance function to your actual team, not just enterprise titles.
04
Is this a sales pitch?
The webinar delivers a complete governance framework — the 8 seats, the charter walkthrough, the decision framework, and the 90-day plan — that you can act on immediately with or without additional help from FWS. At the end of the session we'll share how we work with organizations that want to go deeper. The framework comes first.
06
What if I'm in the insurance industry?
You're welcome to attend. We also have a separate conversation specifically for commercial insurance agents and brokers about how AI governance documentation is affecting their commercial clients' coverage.
Your AI Governance Gap
Won't Close Itself.
Every day without a governance structure is another day of unmanaged risk, potential coverage gaps, and AI decisions being made without the right people in the room. May 18th is where that changes.
